There are three Surya Namaskar B’s in this video,

Practice all three with me to feel it in your body.

Practice and teach all three with focus on the alignment, add in breath cues and English name of pose, adding in Sanskrit when ready.

Surya Namaskar will help build strength and warmth in your body. We use this style in preparing for the rest of the class and peak poses.

Modify if you have injuries.

Once you know the sequence, you can allow for five breaths in Warrior 1 and down dogs. Giving space for the students to self explore and or you can add in your theme for class or philosophy teachings to help keep them attracted in the present moment.
